1) Noto-dainagon Dorayaki: Dorayaki Cakes
Noto Dainagon, precious soybeans harvested by hand in Okunoto , were carefully cooked into red bean paste which is rich in flavour and is wrapped in a fluffy baked dough.

2) Kahokkuri Donuts: Doughnuts with Sweet Potato pieces inside
These baked doughnuts are filled with chunks of candied sweet potatoes called Kahokkuri, a local specialty of Kahoku City.

4) Matsuya Toriyasai Miso: All-purpose Seasoning Soybean Paste
This miso can be used in many ways and its rich flavour is quite addictive. It is loved by the people of Ishikawa and can be used not only in nabe (hot pots) but also in daily menus.

5) Matsuya Toriyasai Miso Piri-kara:
All-purpose Seasoning Spicy Soybean Paste
A spicy type of Matsuya Tori-Yasai Miso. Recommended to those who like a slightly spicy taste. It goes well with stir-fried dishes.

6) Matsuya Toriyasai Miso Ramen
A package contains three servings of diluted ramen soup and ramen noodles made with Tori-Yasai Miso. No garnish is included. It is recommended to cook it with boiled Chinese cabbage or stir-fried pork as desired toppings.

7) Matsuya Toriyasai Miso-nikomi Udon: Stewed Udon Noodles in Miso Broth
A package contains two servings of diluted udon soup and udon noodles made with Tori-Yasai Miso. No garnish is included. It is recommended to simmer it with Chinese cabbage or chicken.

This naturally brewed soy sauce is made from whole soybeans produced in Noto Hodatsushimizu and wheat, which were fermented and matured slowly for two years in cedar barrels using mineral-rich deep sea water of Noto.
