絶景米
1) Zekkei-mai: rice
Rare rice from the Shiroyone-Senmaida rice paddies. Rice produced in rich clay soil and clean water. The rice dried in the sun in the Shiroyone-Senmaida with sea breezes is truly exquisite.
純米酒 千枚田
2) Junmaishu Senmaida: Sake
Sake made partly from rice produced in the Senmaida rice paddies. It is well received for its clean flavour and sharp taste for a junmai (pure rice) sake.
輪島塩
3) Wajima Sio: Salt
This salt is produced by hand using the Agehama salt method, which has been handed down for more than 400 years in Okunoto.

Crème Custard made from rice from the Shiroyone Senmaida rice paddies. It is egg-free and is safe for people allergic to eggs.
