えがらまんじゅう
1) Egara Manju: Japanese Sweets
A local confectionery of Ishikawa Prefecture, this is a type of rice cake sweets with sweet bean paste wrapped in rice cake. Its surface is covered with glutinous rice, which resembles a chestnut bur or "iga". The name "Egara" comes from the word "iga". The secret to wanting to eat it again is its simple, nostalgic taste, which has been loved by the locals for a long time.

2) Sashimi Shoyu: Soy Sauce for Sashimi
Soy sauce is made from soy beans and is the most basic seasoning used in the Japanese cooking. This product is made locally in Nanao, where fish is delicious, and it is a soy sauce for specially sashimi to enhance the taste of fish.

3) Miso Manju: Japanese Sweets

4) Tamago-maki “Gyokuho” : Egg Roll
These sushi rolls are wrapped in egg rolls and have delicious sweetness from the egg and fluffy rice. It is made at Matsuno Sushi, a long-established sushi restaurant in Nanao which has inherited the amazing egg rolls that were presented to the 11th shogun of the Edo Shogunate, Ienari Tokugawa.

5) Gonen Oh-Koshu: 5 Year Aged Sake
Since its establishment in 1876, the company has been dedicated to sake brewing. Gonen Oh-Koshu is the aged sake produced by Fuse Sake Brewery in Nanao, which specialises in aged sake. This special honjozo (authentically brewed sake) has undergone five years of maturation to enhance its flavour. This amber-coloured sake has a strong, full-bodied flavour and should be served cold, straight or on the rocks, but not heated.

6) Nanohana Rosoku: Candle
Canola flower candles made from wax extracted from canola oil. A characteristic of the wax is that it does not easily drip when lit and the smell after extinguishing is suppressed. These candles are friendly to both the environment and our bodies.

7) Nanao yaki: Japanese sweets
Dorayaki-style sweets with a wave-patterned pastry and white bean paste. With a slight milk flavour, this gem is inspired by the magnificent and solemn sea of Noto. It is made by a long-established Japanese confectionery shop that has been in the business since 1896.

8) Junmaishu Senmaida: Sake
Junmai (pure rice) sake with no added brewed alcohol. Partly made from rice produced in the Senmaida rice paddies in Okunoto, it is brewed carefully by the Noto Toji. It is light for the junmai sake, and is well received for its crisp flavour and clear taste. It is to be served cold or lukewarm.
