This miso can be used in many ways and its rich flavour is quite addictive. It is loved by the people of Ishikawa and can be used not only in nabe (hot pots) but also in daily menus.
A spicy type of Matsuya Tori-Yasai Miso. Recommended to those who like a slightly spicy taste. It goes well with stir-fried dishes.

This naturally brewed soy sauce is made from whole soybeans produced in Noto Hodatsushimizu and wheat, which were fermented and matured slowly for two years in cedar barrels using mineral-rich deep sea water of Noto.
